There are many ways to meditate, and this course is for everyone, even those with busy minds and those who think they can’t do it.
You do not need to quieten your mind or be flexible enough to sit on the floor. Comfort is important!
Anyone can practice it. There is no belief system; it is about your experience, so it does not conflict with religious practices.
You can even meditate with your eyes open as you go about your day or to help you sleep at night.
You will also get two guided meditation recordings to listen to at home.

About Sue
As well as being a Sleep Coach and Therapist, I am a highly experienced meditator and teacher.
I started meditating 45 years ago and have trained in and taught several forms of meditation. Most recently, I completed a six-month course in Spain with The Bright Path. I also qualified as a Mind Calm Coach and Body Calm Coach some years ago. In addition, I teach some Taoist meditation techniques and simple breathwork.
