Your choices
You can choose how much you want to spend a week and how many sessions are right for you.
Help Me Sleep Coaching and Therapy starts from as little as £120 per fortnight (£60 pw). And remember you are seeing a sleep specialist. Not generalist with some standard sessions.
Sometimes you might want to book a longer session, so that we can make changes more quickly and at a deeper level. For example, Core Transformation can take up to 2 hours to complete start with, but is well worth the time.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Everyone is different and changes happen at different speeds.
Often, there are other issues that indeed to be resolved, to get you sleeping well again – such as stress, grief, pain or anxiety.
Most people need between 4 and 10 sessions.
You can book a session at a time or you can book a Help Me Sleep programme of 8 sessions. How many sessions you will need will also depend on what changes you want to make and how far your life has moved out of kilter.
However, snoring is something that can normally be resolved quite quickly.
