First Sphere Weekend Beginners Meditation Course Friday 7th (evening) to Sunday 9th February 2025

How will learning Ascension Help Me Sleep?

Ascension helps deal with the underlying stresses and tensions that cause most sleep problems. It helps calm your whole system and can help you achieve deeper, more refreshing sleep. Ascend before you go to bed as part of your evening routine. You can use the Ascension Techniques to help you rest if you wake at night. Ascenders also report being less bothered by thoughts, busy minds and tiredness. As little as 20 minutes can help you feel rejuvenated and rested. But Ascension is not about sleep – it impacts the whole of your life.

What is Ascension?

Ascension is unique.  It is a powerful, practical tool that can be used by anyone. It is the key to unlock the majesty and beauty of what it means to be truly alive.  Just beyond the thinking mind exists a field of infinite Peace, unlimited Joy, and unconditional Love.  It is the field of pure consciousness. Accessing this field is not hard.

No belief is required. No struggle or effort either. It is about your experience.   

Ascension teaches us how to let go of the drama and conflicts of the ego mind and move beyond it into the field of peace, love, and joy. 

I can’t meditate!  I have a busy mind that won’t switch off!

Most of us thought that.  We usually think we can’t meditate as we can’t sit still for long or can’t clear our minds.  With Ascension, you don’t need to.  Thoughts are a natural part of life, and you cannot control them.  Sometimes, our minds are still.  Other times, they are busy.  It is fine either way.

Learn to Meditate with your Eyes Open

You can use ascension with your eyes open as well as closed. You can meditate as you walk around, at work, and even when dealing with others. Using it as you work can help you focus and be less distracted.

When?

The next course runs from Friday evening on 7 February to Sunday. The approximate times are from 7-9 on Friday evening and 10-5 on Saturday and Sunday.    The cost is £360, and you can repeat the course as many times as you want, free, anywhere in the world. 

Where?

The course is at my house in Sholden, Deal.  You will be sitting on comfortable chairs and sofas. 

More Information

We will provide teas, coffee, and biscuits and hope to offer an option for a light vegetarian lunch for a small extra charge.

Course fee – £360 – free to repeat as many times as you want, anywhere in the UK or elsewhere.

Course Times Friday 7-9 pm, Sat & Sun 10- 5 

Accommodation – There are many hotels, and Airbnb’s in the area.      I have a list of some hotels.

Transport – The nearest station is Deal, and buses go to the Sholden New Road. Buses – the hourly 81 (Dover – Sandwich/ Canterbury) and the rarer 85.  Walking – It is a pleasant 30 – 40 minute to the town centre and the sea.  Parking – it is easy to park nearby.
