We all have to take on extra work at times, but working many extra hours on a regular basis is bad for your sleep, health and relationships. At work, you may be seen as needing to improve your time management, prioritisation and delegation skills.

  • Sleep Diary
    If you think that there are other areas of your life that are also out of kilter, it will be useful to keep a diary to record your day by day activities, routines, sleeping and waking times, how many hours sleep you get, the hours you are working and also what you eat and drink during the day and evening – and night. Diaries can be a powerful tool for change.
  • Life Coaching
    We will explore your priorities and help you make the changes to your life style and routines that support your health, wellbeing, relationships – as well as your career! I will help you set realistic goals, and support you as you work towards achieving them.
  • Transform the Cause
    We will look at when your life got so out of kilter, what are your beliefs around work, and about yourself and why you feel you need to work so hard. We can tackle the root cause – perhaps boosting your self-confidence or helping you to let go of being responsible for EVERYTHING.
  • Retrain Your Mind & Body
    I will help you to let go of the need to say ‘yes’, teach you how to say ‘no’, while feeling comfortable setting new boundaries. I will also help you prioritise, and be clear at work what you will and will not do. I will teach you alternative strategies for dealing with stressful situations, help you boost your confidence and drop feelings of guilt and anxiety.
  • Sleep Training
    Re-train your mind and body to focus on relaxing, anticipating at wonderful refreshing night’s sleep as you easily and quickly drift off to asleep and staying relaxed and asleep throughout the night.
  • Self Hypnosis
    I will teach you self-hypnosis and other techniques you can use to switch off, calm your system, slow down your thoughts. Self-Hypnosis is also a maintenance skill throughout your life with many issues.

  • Breathing Techniques
    I will teach you self-hypnosis and other techniques you can use to switch off, calm your system, slow down your thoughts. Self-Hypnosis is also a maintenance skill throughout your life with many issues.
  • Meditation
    As little as 10 minutes twice a day can be very beneficial as it will give you a method of progressively becoming more still, more focused, more present and more in charge of both your mind and body. I teach simple, modern forms of meditation – no need to shut out thoughts or sit in uncomfortable positions.

It is advisable to check with your GP if you are experiencing any ill health – whether or not you think they may be related to your work life balance.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Everyone is different and makes changes at different speeds. Sometimes there are other issues linked in that have to be resolved before you can make the change you want.

You can book a session at a time or you can booking programme of between 4 – 8 sessions. How many sessions you will need will also depend on what changes you want to make and how far your life has moved out of kilter. We can discuss what is best for you when we speak.

The Sleep Transformation Programme (8 sessions) gives time to work through complex issues and create the changes you want in your life and allows you to learn self-hypnosis and meditation as we go along.
